Principle of Radial Riveting Machine (JM Series)

The motor drives the main spindle via a coupling, and the spindle in turn transmits motion to the spherical kinematic pair through a planetary gear mechanism. The high-pressure hydraulic system actuates the piston to move downward, bringing the power head into contact with the rivets. The power head then rotates along an 11-lobe plum blossom trajectory around the spindle centerline to complete the riveting process.
